[JYPE/COLABS] IRT/IRTLab Presentation (研修発表会)

- These IRT/IRTLab Presentation events are MANDATORY for all the JYPE and COLABS students.
- The format and organization of any assignments must be followed your TU academic advisor's instructions.
- All the assignments must be written in English and approved by your TU academic advisor before submission.
- Any confidential information must be excluded from the summary* due to the Intellectual Property Protection policies.

- Inbound JYPE and COLABS students must avoid setting up a dormitory move-out inspection on the presentation dates.

本発表会はJYPE/COLABSプログラムにて東北大学に留学しているInbound学生と合同で実施されます。募集要項に記載の通り本発表会参加がCOLABS修了要件の一つとなっているため、留学終了後以下の2月又は8月実施のいずれかの発表会に参加頂くこととなります。対象者には発表会開催の約2ヶ月前に留学生課海外留学係より参加可否の確認をします。

授業や修論審査会参加等、やむを得ない用事のため終日の参加ができない場合、派遣学生については部分的な参加を認めています。その場合でも自身に課されている発表(口頭/又はポスター)は行っていただきます。(聴講のみの参加は不可)
可能な限り発表時間の調整をしますので、留学生課海外留学生係(sab_query@grp.tohoku.ac.jp)までお早目にご相談ください。
発表会に終日参加ができない場合、原則として次回の研修発表会へと参加が繰り越されます。

Q. Is there any specific format / template which must be used for a research paper?

A. How to format your paper work should be discussed with your academic advisor.

派遣学生の研究報告書(Research Paper)様式も任意となります。
ページ数は指定されており留学型(セメスター/集中/ワークショップ)により異なりますので、詳細は募集要項を確認してください。
帰国後1ヶ月以内にこちらへ提出してください。

 

Q. Do I have to be there throughout the event?

A. Yes. It is required to attend the day(s) as scheduled for your program completion.
  You may also attend the presentation of other programs.

 

Q. What time does the presentation start?

A. It usually starts from 8:30 until 18:00. Your finalized schedule is to be announced in a respective mentioned time of the year via ISTU.

 

Q. Whom should I contact when I have questions regarding the presentation and assignments?

Q. Can I invite other members from my laboratory?

A. Yes. It is an opportunity to show your work to people concerned who have supported you throughout your research trainings.

 

Q. What is the dress code?

A. There is no requirement for attire. You may wear casual clothes, traditional costume and so on.
