On Wednesday, June 28, 2023, the International Student Help Desk held a "Pre-departure Workshop for International Students" for students who will return to their home countries after completing their studies this summer. 

 

    It was held in a hybrid face-to-face and Zoom format, with 67 participants (38 online, 29 face-to-face). Once again, the workshop was conducted with the cooperation of the University's International Exchange Support Office. During the workshop, student staff explained and answered questions in English and Japanese about the schedule and procedures for moving out of university housing and private apartments, how to dispose of large items such as bicycles and furniture, procedures at the university and ward office, and changing visa status. Students asked questions about the procedures for returning home at the ward office and the schedule for returning home after completing the program.
