Tohoku University International Student Help Desk aims to help international students adjust to their lifestyle in Japan by helping students with paperwork, housing, translation, the opening of bank accounts, setting up cell-phones and class registration.

 

The Help Desk is open to all international students at Tohoku University. No appointment is necessary and it is free of charge.

 

The staff in Help Desk can speak both Japanese and English. Moreover, depending on the staff, you can get help in any other languages such as Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Korean, Russian, German, Thai, and Mongolian.
