Tohoku University is celebrating its Founders Day on June 22, with a couple of online alumni gatherings under the slogan “Time to Unite ~Tohoku University~” It’s an opportunity for members to get together and catch up on the latest news from campus.
We would like you to join this event with your fellow alumni!
The main target for the event are our alumni overseas and international students or alumni in Japan.

Alumni who are unable to attend, can plan their own “Time to Unite!” online gathering. Simply inform the university of the date and time in advance, to receive a supporting message and special pictures of iconic buildings and campus scenes that can be used as Zoom backgrounds.
With travel still restricted, the university is encouraging all alumni chapters to post about online gatherings with the tag #TimeToUniteTU2020 so that the information can be shared with other Tohoku University members worldwide.
