The Online Apartment Information Seminar for International Students was held on June 29 (Thu.), 2023 to help international students planning to move from student dormitory to apartments.
It was conducted once in Japanese in the afternoon, and again in English in the evening. Over 30 international students participated.
The seminar provided information on the apartment rental process and the Tohoku University CO-OP Real Estate Agency's apartment-finding service. During the Q&A session, attendees asked about lease periods and fees.
The event was well-received, with many participants commenting that it provided useful information on apartment hunting.
The International Support Center plans to hold similar seminars in the future.
