The Online Apartment Information Seminar for International Students was held on December 8 (Thu.), 2022 to help international students planning to move from student housing to apartments.
It was conducted once in Japanese in the afternoon, and again in English in the evening. Around 40 international students participated.
The seminar provided information on the apartment rental process and the Tohoku University CO-OP Real Estate Agency's apartment-finding service. During the Q&A session, attendees asked about the application season and moving-in procedures.
The event provided useful information on apartment hunting and was well-received by the participating international students.
The International Support Center plans to hold similar seminars in the future.
