On January 7, 2025, the International Student Help Desk held a "Pre-departure Workshop for International Students" for students who will return to their home countries after completing their studies this spring.
It was conducted online with 28 participants. During the workshop, student staff explained and answered questions about the schedule and procedures for moving out of university housing and private apartments, how to dispose of large items such as bicycles and furniture, procedures at the university and ward office, and changing visa status.
