If you were vaccinated at the Tohoku University (Sendai, Miyagi Pref.) Vaccination Center, please submit your vaccination coupon to your faculty or school office.
If you do not submit your coupon, we will not be able to provide you with a proof of vaccination certification (vaccination passport).
