The Online Apartment Information Seminar for International Students was held on July 7 (Thu.), 2022 to help international students transition from student housing to apartments.
It was conducted once in Japanese in the afternoon, and again in English in the evening. A total of 47 international students participated.
The seminar provided information on the apartment rental process and the Tohoku University CO-OP Real Estate Agency's apartment-finding service. The participants actively asked about various things, such as setting up utilities and moving procedures.
The event provided useful information on apartment hunting and received high marks from attendees.
The International Support Center plans to hold similar seminars in the future.
