The online JIGE 2025 Global Doctoral Colloquium welcomes doctoral students and early-career researchers in the humanities and social sciences. This year’s common theme is “Cosmopolitanism and Nationalism in a Changing World.” The colloquium aims to share the latest insights across disciplines and promote opportunities for collaborative research.

This event aims to support the formation of a sustainable research community as part of the JIGE project, a global education initiative co-led by Tohoku University, Kansai University, and Chiba University, in partnership with 36 international universities.
