Current Situation
・The COVID-19 cases have been still rising across the world as well as in Japan
・The State of Emergency in several areas in Japan (including Tokyo) (will last, at least, until the end of September)
・Ongoing* Denial of permission to the entry of Japan
・Ongoing* Suspension of visa issuance

How to start the Fall semester 2021
Students will conduct the Japanese Language Program at Kawauchi course and research activities online.
As soon as the border restrictions in Japan and the suspension of visa issuance are lifted for the international students, we will update you regarding your travel to Japan. The in-person participation will start thereafter.
Furthermore, we will contact you by email with information about locations to stay during the health observation period. You can also check the contents of the email.
