- 10. Class Schedule
-
Career design goes beyond job hunting and can be seen as the design of a lifelong way of life. It is also a question of how one faces the marketplace where careers are traded and how one overcomes competition from rivals, the providers of other careers. Thus, assuming that each individual's current and expected future "career" is economically traded in the labor market, not only is its value economically converted into wages and compensation through the relationship between supply and demand, but its scarcity and stability in positioning, which is positioned according to specialization and price level band are affected.
Positioning "careers" in this environment requires extremely strategic thinking and preparation. At the same time, careers become objects that can be deliberately and systematically designed, and learning to maximize their potential becomes essential. Considering that the subjects of "careers" are not only individual and different human beings, but also "commodities" as labor force to be traded in the market, career design requires knowledge and experience not only in career theory but also in management theory.
This lecture is positioned as a "class course by teachers with practical experience" recommended by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) as "a class course that provides practical education by utilizing practical experience in career design in the classroom. Through over 30 years of corporate human resource experience and practical experience as a manager running a human resource supply business in the labor market as a career consultant, a national professional qualification, the faculty member in charge of this course provides students with an understanding of the reality of the various processes surrounding employment that occur in companies and various social organizations: recruitment, education, evaluation, treatment, retirement, post-employment career, etc. The course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the reality of a series of employment-related events, such as the following The program is structured as a practical education program for students to internalize through reality-based learning and exercises a series of employment-related events such as recruitment, training, evaluation, compensation, retirement, and post-employment career, which occur in companies and various social organizations.
