\r\nWe are thrilled to invite you to be part of one of Sendai\u2019s most vibrant cultural festivals, the 37th Tohoku University International Festival (TUIF 2025)!

This year\u2019s theme, \u201cPassport to the World\u201d, celebrates global exploration, cultural exchange, and the shared journeys of international friendship.<\/p>\r\n

Take part in a festival that brings together students, families, and community members from around the world to share food, performances, and cultural activities.<\/p>\r\n

10 International Food Stalls: Savor flavors from around the globe, prepared by students and cultural groups.
\r\n5 Interactive Cultural Corners: Enjoy games, workshops, and exhibitions that connect people through culture.
\r\nStage Performances: Experience music, dance, and traditional showcases from around the world.<\/p>\r\n

100 Volunteers Needed: Help us bring this unforgettable day to life!<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n

Entry Ticket<\/b><\/th>\r\n1,500 yen (includes 3 food tickets)

\r\n\u25cf No initial funding provided; however you might get an incentive.
\r\n\u25cf Must prepare their own food and ingredients.
\r\n\u25cf Alcohol is not allowed.
\r\n\u25cf We encourage menus that reflect cultural identity.
\r\n\u25cf In case of cancellation, a compensation of up to \u00a520,000 will be provided.

\r\nInteractive Corner<\/strong>
\r\n\u25cf Should feature games, crafts, language exchange, or cultural showcases.
\r\n\u25cf We provide tents, chairs, and tables.
\r\n\u25cf In case of cancellation, compensation of up to \u00a510,000 is available.

\r\nPerformers<\/strong>
\r\n\u25cf Fashion show: unlimited entries.
\r\n\u25cf Stage performances: limited to 20 groups.
\r\n\u25cf Performers are encouraged to wear ethnic costumes and showcase cultural performances.

Volunteers<\/strong>
\r\n\u25cf Assist with event setup (decorations, logistics, support booths).
\r\n\u25cf Help manage performances, welcome visitors, and maintain order.
\r\n\u25cf Must be comfortable communicating in Japanese or English.
\r\n\u25cf All volunteers will receive a TUIF 2025 commemorative T-shirt.<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n
