{"id":49431,"date":"2021-07-20T08:44:14","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T23:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"\/english\/?p=49431"},"modified":"2023-02-17T17:55:48","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T08:55:48","slug":"report-3rd-phase-of-2021-tujp-online-successfully-concludes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"\/english\/activity\/49431\/","title":{"rendered":"[Report] 3rd Phase of 2021 TUJP Online Successfully Concludes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Tohoku University Global Learning Center (GLC) conducted the 3rd phase of its Tohoku University Japanese Program (TUJP) Online from June 21st to July 16th.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was joined by 11 students with beginner level Japanese ability from partner institutions in the U.S.A., China, Singapore, Netherlands, and Germany. The participants studied Japanese language and culture, and took International Project Based Learning classes with Tohoku University students.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the last day, the students gave speeches in Japanese at the final presentation and closing ceremony. \u201cI could make many friends in this four-week program. I want to walk around Sendai city and Tohoku University campus with them in the near future,\u201d one student commented.
