Tohoku University has decided to offer the\u00a0Hybrid\u00a0exchange programs for the exchange students accepted unconditionally due to the reasons below;<\/p>

\u30fbThe COVID-19 cases have been still rising across the world as well as in Japan<\/p>
\u30fbThe State of Emergency in several areas in Japan (including Tokyo) (will last, at least, until Aug. 22)<\/p>
\u30fbOngoing* Denial of permission to entry of Japan<\/p>
\u30fbOngoing* Suspension of visa issuance<\/p>

You will participate in the Hybrid<\/b> exchange programs.<\/p>
You will start participating from abroad at the beginning of the fall 2021 semester; all the courses as well as the instruction for IRT\/IRTLab will be given online (via Googleclassroom, for instance, by using a designated ID and account given before the semester starts) during that time.<\/p>
