(\u6559\u52d9\u4fc2\/kyomu kakari) of your assigned Faculty\/School for the information of the course registration<\/p>\r\n<p>[2] Obtain registration forms* relevant to your courses (*provided by the Academic Affairs Section of your Faculty\/School)<\/p>\r\n<p>[3] Confirm the registration deadline (depending on Faculty\/School)<\/p>\r\n<p>[4] Fill out the registration form(s)<\/p>\r\n<p>[5] Obtain approval from your academic advisor and each instructor prior to course registration<\/p>\r\n<p>[6] Submit the forms to the Academic Affairs Section of your Faculty\/School by the deadline<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"hd3_01\"><!-- .hd3_01 -->Requirement for DEEP<!-- .hd3_01 --><\/h3>\r\n<p>A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to those who fulfill the following requirement.<\/p>\r\n<p>- Earn 13 credits or more<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">*<\/span> per semester (26 credits in a year) (Requirement for the Special Auditing Student (\u7279\u5225\u8074\u8b1b\u5b66\u751f))<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>*5 credits or more for those who participate remotely from their home General Education Courses (\u5168\u5b66\u6559\u80b2\u79d1\u76ee\u7b49\u5c65\u4fee\u9858) - Ask instructors for their signature on (A) at each class.<\/p>\r\n<p>- (B) Class Registration Card
