International Student Help Desk (in Japanese)<\/a> <\/p>\r\n

The International Student Help Desk is operated by the Global Learning Center Administrative Assistants (GLC AA<\/a>). Established in April 2019, the Help Desk provides comprehensive support for international students, assisting with both campus life and the nuances of daily life in Japan.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\r\nHere are some common questions we receive:
\r\n\u25cf How can I connect to the eduroam Wi-Fi?
\r\n\u25cf What does this letter that I got in the mail mean? (Pension, health insurance, bank account, etc.)
\r\n\u25cf Where can I find information about part-time jobs, scholarships and housing?
\r\n\u25cf How can I apply for a credit card?
\r\n
\r\nStaff at the Help Desk are all fellow Tohoku University students. All of the staff can speak Japanese and English, and also their native languages such as Chinese, Indonesian and Korean.

\r\nThe Help Desk staff have various resources to answer your questions and they can even share their own experiences with you. Please feel free to use our services and consult with us.
